Problem: When attempting to upgrade the Clean Access Agent, you receive Error 1316...
Solution: This problem is caused by an installer filename mismatch. To resolve, you'll need to uninstall the Clean Access Agent and then re-install it.
To uninstall: Go to Start, Programs, Cisco Systems, Cisco Clean Access, Uninstall Clean Access Agent.
To re-install: Open your web browser and you will be redirected to the Client Authentication page. Log in and then click the button to download and install the Clean Access Agent.
