Windows Automatic Updates Requirement

All student-owned PCs running Microsoft Windows (7, Vista or XP) are required to have Windows Automatic Updates enabled and configured to automatically download and install all recommended updates.

To make sure your Automatic Updates option is configured properly, go to Control Panel -> System and Security -> Windows Update and select Change settings. Click the Install updates automatically (recommended) option and choose a desired schedule (at least once per week).
