Apple TVs automatically register themselves on both the wired and wi-fi networks and should connect automatically.
If your Apple TV is unable to reach the internet, follow the steps below so we can better troubleshoot the problem.
- Go to the main menu on your Apple TV and select Settings
- From the Settings menu, select General -> About
- Locate the Wi-Fi Address (or Ethernet Address for wired connections) on the About screen.
- Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know you want to register your Apple TV. Be sure to include the Wi-Fi Address (and/or Ethernet Address) in the message.
