Problem: "I don't know my network password" or "My password expired"
Solution: Students are able to reset their own password by visiting the Student Account Management site and providing some personal information to verify identity.
If you're unable to provide personal information to verify your identity, you'll need to contact the ResNet help desk or the IT Help Center (located in the Stratton Administration building) to have a new password created for you.
- Students are automatically sent multiple email notifications BEFORE their password expires -- beginning 30 days beforehand -- reminding them to reset their password.
- The Student Account Management site allows you to reset your password at any time.
- When you reset your password on the Student Account Management site, your new password is sychronized across all KU systems (i.e. MyKU, Office365, Desire2Learn, e-Time, etc.).
